Tour Itinerary

On arrival, you are met and welcomed at our QCamel farm gate before a short drive to our camel dairy. The spectacular backdrop of the stunning Glasshouse Mountains with glimpses of a rhythmic saunter of camels rambling in is sure to take your breath away.

At our camel dairy you learn all about the fascinating journey setting up our production and everything that’s involved in running the farm. Discover the innovative and ethical processes involved, from milking and caring for the camels and how the fresh quality pasteurised camel milk is produced, right here on the doorstep of the Sunshine Coast.

It’s then time to get up close and personal with QCamel’s very friendly camels as you wander over to the camel enclosure. Enjoy their endearing camel cuddles and be part of the excitement and fun of experiencing the camels’ quirky and fascinating personalities. Capture your ultimate camel cuddle photo with our newest baby camels to the matriarch of the herd. Feed or embrace them for the biggest of camel hugs and awaken your taste buds as you savour the unique flavour of the freshly produced, pasteurised camel milk and unique camel milk products. All of this and with light refreshments throughout, makes this a truly unforgettable camel farm experience. A must-do Sunshine Coast experience that can’t be found anywhere else!

Buses, Clubs & Tours Groups

We welcome group bookings and tour groups.  Please contact us directly prior to booking.

Please Note:

• Tours operate every Saturday plus additional tours on school holidays. Weekday tours are open to the public when places are available on organised group tours.
• As this is an outdoor event, tours may be rescheduled due to unforeseen weather such as storms, excessive rain, road flooding etc.
• We endeavour to provide as much notice as possible when postponing a tour. You have the option of rescheduling to the following Saturday or the next available tour.
• Tours strictly by bookings only. Farm address will be provided immediately upon booking payment confirmation. If you have not received your tickets, please check your junk mail folder.
• This is a self-drive experience. You are welcomed at the camel farm gate by a QCamel representative.
• Closed in shoes to be worn at all times. Guests with inappropriate footwear may not be permitted to continue the tour
• Camel milk and camel milk products will be available for tasting and are available for purchase. Any purchases are not included in the tour price.
• Camels can be sensitive to smells, so we kindly request that you keep perfumes and aftershaves to a minimum.
• QCamel Dairy is a non-smoking venue.
• Tour prices are in Australian Dollars.
• Children must be under strict adult supervision.
• Special dietary needs and wheelchair access can be accommodated – please confirm requirements prior to booking.
• There will be EFTPOS and cash facilities for on-farm purchases. Take-away cold packs also available.
